Us
The core team brings together extensive international experience, interdisciplinary expertise, and strong leadership capacities. One of the organization’s leaders is a highly experienced educator with over 20 years of professional practice across China, Vietnam, Mongolia, Montenegro, Serbia, Ireland, Albania, and Sweden. Over the past seven years, he has held senior managerial and coordination roles, with proven expertise in program design, team leadership, strategic planning, and international cooperation.
Another key leader is a well-established artist with more than 18 years of professional experience in the field of arts and culture. Her work spans across artistic creation, curatorial activities, facilitation of creative processes, and the use of art as a tool for education, social inclusion, and community engagement.
The wider team includes highly experienced youth workers, journalists, human rights activists, and psychologists. Together, they contribute strong competencies in non-formal education, youth participation, safeguarding and well-being, intercultural dialogue, communication and storytelling, advocacy, and psychosocial support.
In addition, the team holds expertise in project management, event coordination, facilitation of workshops and camps, mentoring, conflict-sensitive approaches, inclusion of diverse and marginalized groups, and evaluation of learning outcomes. Our combined skills enable us to design, implement, and deliver high-quality activities that are impactful, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of young people and communities.
